2. Service Description
Socialty is a cloud-based social media management platform for agencies and brands. Features include scheduling, WhatsApp Business campaigns, AI content generation, and brand management.
3. Account Registration
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain security of your password and credentials
- Be at least 18 years of age or a registered business entity
- Accept responsibility for all account activity
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages without recipient consent
- Violate terms of service of any connected platform (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
- Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other accounts
- Resell or sublicense the service without written permission
5. Intellectual Property
Content you create remains your intellectual property. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service. The Socialty platform, software, and design are our intellectual property.
6. Third-Party Compliance
By connecting platforms, you confirm authority to connect those accounts and agree to comply with each platform's developer policies. You are responsible for any violations of third-party terms.
7. Payments
Paid plans billed monthly in advance. Prices in INR inclusive of applicable taxes. Auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal. Refunds available within 7 days of initial charge for new subscriptions only.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socialty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
